Rustic, romantic retreat. Love-Lee Little Cottage is a characterful period property annexe, steeped in history. Idyllic romantic retreat for two.
A peaceful, rural retreat within Lee Woods. Stunning country cottage annexe, set within an acre of garden and woodland, on the banks of the river Lew. Ideal for a romantic break. Many hidden areas to sit and enjoy a glass of wine, whilst listening to the soothing flow of the river. Watch the wildlife - deer, badgers and foxes have been spotted within the grounds, and the river has resident kingfishers and herons. Or put on your walking boots, and enjoy the surrounding Devon countryside, via the extensive network of paths and bridleways, leading directly from the cottage.
Dog friendly, rustic, characterful, self-catering property. Self-contained, cosy annexe to main cottage, with private entrance. You have exclusive use of a private river bank and are welcome to use all areas in the grounds - there is a chimnea by the river, a tree house with glass panel to watch the wildlife, a barbecue and many other hidden areas. There is also a Romany Caravan on the river bank, for guests to use - a tranquil haven to read, paint, write or simply have a snooze amidst birdsong and trickling water.
Cottage has open plan living area with underfloor heating and wooden stairs to a mezzanine with king size bed, and luxurious egyptian cotton bedding. (Restricted space around bed). Shower room with stable door onto garden to allow a shower with woodland view, if you so desire! Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge, so you can cook breakfast at your own convenience.

Beautiful place to stay with some lovely features. Could have definitely stayed longer!Only improvement would be some solar lights in upper garden so we could sit out at night.
