About this apartment rental
Comfortable and spacious studio apartment with open kitchen, in a quiet and residential area of Rapallo, yet conveniently close to the centre, the beach and the train station.
It is the ideal location to spend unforgettable holidays the Tigullio Gulf.
The apartment has a welcoming living area with sofa bed, a bedroom area with one French-size bed, private bathroom with shower and a balcony with an open view.
The apartment is for non-smokers only (you can smoke outside, on the balcony) and is equipped with television and wifi. There is also hairdryer, towels and bed linen for the entire duration of your stay.
The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment. Take care of it, you are welcome!
The property is located in Rapallo in a quiet and residential area, a few steps from all the main amenities and services: supermarkets, pharmacy and bars. Train station, bus stops and the ferry pier to reach the nearby towns are just a short stroll away from the property.
We kindly remind our guests that the apartment is located on the second floor and the building does have an elevator. It's anyway necessary to climb some steps.
A private parking space (on the street, uncovered) is available at a few minutes walking distance from the apartment.
House rules:
- Check-in to arrange with the host from 3pm to 9pm. As an alternative, it is possible to arrange also a self check-in (always starting from 3pm).
- Tourist city tax (2.50 euro per person per night) to pay by cash upon arrival.
- In case of late arrivals after 9 pm, a surcharge of €30 is required for late check-in until 11 pm or €40 for arrivals after 11 pm (not mandatory if self check-in is arranged).
- At the moment of the check-in, guests will be asked to show a copy of their ID or passport.
- At the moment of the check in, the guest will sign a lease agreement according to the Italian law.
