Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in the commune of Les Moitiers-d'Allonne, we offer this charming 70 m² house for rent, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 350 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: one single bed
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

- A 70 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- 350 m² private enclosed garden
