This property is close to everything Downtown Ypsilanti. Explore the historic town center with many boutiques, restaurants, and unique activities to try.
Walk anywhere Downtown or stop by at Decode Ypsilanti which is just next door.
Conveniently a short 20-minute drive from the University of Michigan and the surrounding Ann Arbor area.
Located only a quick walk from the Ypsilanti Transit Station so you can take a bus anywhere. During the week, Monday to Friday, there is an express bus route to the Ann Arbor central bus station that takes 30 minutes one way. It is ideal for students or commuters who don't have a car.
Parking available:
- For free up to 4 hours M-F 8am-6pm in the parking lot behind the building
- For an hourly fee M-F 8am-6pm in the parking lot next to Ypsilanti Transit Station (free evenings and weekends)

I loved the downtown location, although it might not be for everyone as downtown is a bit of a ‘gritty’ area. The apartment itself was simple and complete with good communication with the owner. I especially loved the smells from the bakery in the building.

Accurately described and great directions for parking and check-in. The entry light was weird to navigate, especially checking in at night, but turning the switch off and on helped. There was a hole in the ceiling above the stairwell, which I'm sure they will fix, but it's a little jarring to see. The property itself was clean and well-appointed, and the owner was prompt to respond to questions. The check-out process was much lower-impact than many other properties I've stayed at, and I really appreciate that!

We had a nice stay During our recent trip to visit our son at the University of Michigan, the apartment was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The free parking on weekends was appreciated. Since our main focus was seeing our son, we did not explore the area much. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. It was a little noisy on Saturday night, but not enough to interfere with our sleep.

This property was very nice, comfortable, clean, cheerful, and stocked with thoughtful amenities for our convenience. This is a great place to relax, watch a movie, and make your own food in a nice kitchen. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the surrounding area. We would not want to come back to the town of yspitanti at this time, but if you are looking for a place to relax indoors, it is perfect. The owners were very accommodating to us when our plans changed and we needed to adjust our reservation.
