About this house rental
2 bedroom ground floor suite with private entrance is located right in central Kitsilano. Broadway street is only half a block away where you can have access to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and public transportation. Kitsilano beach, Kits pool and Spanish Banks is in walking distance.Suite is clean, full height and has private entrance. It is located in the West Broadway area of Kitsilano, also called "Greek Town" Our unit is not large but functional, clean and located in a great neighborhood.

The apartment was clean & comfortable & spacious enough for our needs. We appreciated the close proximity to good restaurants & shopping. The area is generally quiet though there is often a lot of vehicle traffic on the street in front. To access the laundry, one goes outside & around to the back of the house. The laundry machines are easy to use, but the space is a bit cramped, especially if you are over six feet tall like me! Overall, the suite is well designed & served as a good home base during our stay.

Great location and unit was exactly as described. Well equipped. A few more fans would’ve been nice as it was rather warm in the unit during our stay.
