The location in Lucca intra-muros and close to the train station and its parking was absolutely great. The volumes of the appartement and the materials used when it was renewed make for a sense of luxury, all the while benefitting from good equipment.
The cleaning had not been thorough on our arrival, but after a quick exchange with the accommodation manager, the staff came again on the following morning and we had a great stay.
