Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage (Kurzone 1). Im 1. Stock des Gebäudes (Lift vorhanden) befindet sich unsere schöne Wohnung mit einem herrlichen Blick ins Grüne. Da das Haus keine richtige anbindung zur Strasse hat, ist es sehr ruhig. Parkplätze sind in 20 m Entfernung über einen Gehweg zu erreichen oder die Tiefgarage über den Keller. Erbaut 1971 und 2009 komplett renoviert, finden Sie in wenigen Gehminuten verschiedene Geschäfte (Fußgängerzone), Restaurants und Kuranstalten. Die Haltestelle des kostenlosen City-Bus befindet sich nur 25 m entfernt. Ebenso wie 2 große Lebensmittelmärkte und 1 Getränkehandel. Eine Vielzahl von Unternehmungen sind schon zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen, wie z.B. die Predigtstuhlbahn mit deren Bau im Jahr 1927 begonnen wurde, gilt heute als die älteste im Original erhaltene, ganzjährig verkehrende Großkabinenseilbahn der Welt. Oder auch die erholsame Rupertustherme ist bequem mit dem City-Bus in nur 3 Haltestellen entfernt!

Geschirrspüler, 4 Zonen Cerankochfeld, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle usw.) Vollbad/Dusche sowie separates WC. 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Balkon; 1 Schlafzimmer mit Franz. Bett; 1 Wohn/Schlafraum mit 2 Schrankbetten; bei Bedarf ein Kinderbett zustellbar; Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Föhn, Staubsauer usw. alles vorhanden. Flachbildschirm mit DVB - T Empfang, CD-Player, Spielesammlung, Radio, Wecker und Telefon. Im Keller befindet sich ein Waschraum mit Waschautomat, Wäschetrockner und Bügelmaschine. Zwei Fahrräder stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung! Auf unserem schönen Süd-West Balkon sind Liegestühle mit Auflagen vorhanden. Tiefgaragenstellplatz gegen Gebühr.

Very comfortable apartment close to the town square and two grocery stores. Hosts were fantastic! We stayed for two weeks and hated to leave. Great views of the mountains and Bad Reichenhall is a great place to visit. This was our second year in a row staying at this apartment and it is the only one that we want to stay in when we visit our grandson.

We rented this VRBO for two weeks while visiting our grandson. The hosts were super friendly, and the apartment was listed accurately. There are two grocery stores within one block and the apartment is within easy walking distance to the center of town. There are bus stops within one block and numerous restaurants ware within walking distance. We took the train from the Munich airport to Bad Reichenhall, and our hosts graciously met us at the train station and took us to the apartment. The apartment was fully furnished with everything you would need and provided us with a relaxing atmosphere with two balconies and quiet neighborhood. This was our sixth visit to Bad Reichenhall and we have stayed at hotels and other apartments, but this by far was the best. Hopefully, we can rent this apartment during our next visit. We would give it a five-star rating.
