Great location, fun to walk to the marina to shop and eat. The pier is very close walk too

This condo was nice, and the location was fantastic, close to the beach, which allowed for many great walks. However, there were a few disappointments after checking in and staying there. Honestly, it surprises me that none of the other reviews mentioned these items that needed repair. The shower drain was partially clogged, causing water to pool under your feet after only a few minutes of running the water. You would need to stop and turn the shower off to allow the water to drain. The kitchen faucet did not turn off unless you forced it into a specific position. There were several burned-out light bulbs and one flickering light. Upon arrival, the coffee pot was not clean, still full of old coffee grounds. Upon arrival, we were informed that someone would be entering our room on Thursday to check the fire alarm, thus intruding on our privacy while we are here. We were not advised of this in advance of arriving. We reported these items to the Host, and he was very responsive and polite, indicating these items would be fixed when we checked out. Maybe they will, maybe they won't. If you are considering a stay here, maybe you should ask about these items in advance of booking your stay.
