About this apartment rental
The comfortable apartment “Ferienwohnung Lumafe” is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of Überlingen and is only a short walk from the banks of Lake Constance. The 85 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. The apartment has a balcony, from which you can overlook a garden while you have your morning coffee. From the apartment, you can reach a supermarket and a bakery after a 5-minute walk (450 m), as well as a steakhouse. After a 9-minute walk, you will reach Strandbad Nußdorf, the closest beach, where you can swim in the glistening blue water in the midst of a wonderful lake and mountain panorama with romantic sunsets. The train station is a 12-minute walk (950 m) from the apartment, from where you can get to the charming centre of Überlingen in only 3 minutes. You will find many restaurants serving regional dishes, little cafés and narrow streets with lovely architecture to walk about. Überlingen also has a ferry terminal, from where you can cross the lake to the shores north of Konstanz. Konstanz’ picturesque old town centre is certainly worth a visit, but it is easier to take the car, which will take approximately one hour (60 km) and will lead you past many scenic landscapes and lakeshores. In the opposite direction, the pretty lakeside town of Friedrichshafen, home to the Zeppelin museum, is a 40-minute drive (32 km) from Überlingen and has a regional airport. The hilly area around Lake Constance is perfect for all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking or biking, and in winter, you can even reach a skiing area after a 30-minute drive (26.5 km).

Pros: Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Uns wurde der eine oder andere interessante Ausflugstip gegeben. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Vielen lieben Dank!

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet mit 1 und 2 Familien Häuser. Der weg zum Bodensee dauert mit dem Rad 3min zu Fuss bergab 10 min. Alles was man braucht kann man gut zu Fuss auch ablaufen Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Der Vermieter war Sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit hat auch Sonderwünsche gern erfüllt.
Cons: Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig.
