About this house rental
Tri-Level built in 1985 recent remodel work throughout the house. 1404 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. The main floor is an open plan, kitchen with huge island that seats 4 all granite counter tops, dining room table that seats 4 and living room with a smart TV equipped with a Bluetooth sound bar if you want to connect and listen to music while cooking dinner. Down stairs I had remodeled in 2019 just after moving in specifically designed for watching movies in 7.1 surround. The upstairs master bedroom has a queen size Tempur-pedic hybrid cool breeze with adjustable base to make watching TV or reading a book comfortable. Off the master bedroom is a bathroom with a shower. Bedroom number 2 has a queen size purple zero gravity mattress. Bedroom 3 has a queen size hybrid memory foam mattress.
When you walk out the main floor slider you will step onto the top of a multi tier deck with a large stainless Weber gas grill, the lower tier if the deck has a dinning table that seats 5 and a comfy hammock.
Step down off the deck onto a patio covered by a gazebo with a tall fire table that seats 6. Above all of this there are lights strung to illuminate your evening around the table, grilling or on relaxing in the hammock. Backyard is completely fenced in.
Plenty of board games inside to keep you entertained and a total of 3 TVs.
You will feel at home while on vacation!

Had a fantastic stay! Peter was great to work with, friendly and super communicative during the booking process and our stay. The house was just as described in the listing… the house was clean and comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and the neighborhood was quiet and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Loved taking advantage of the grill and fire table too.

The house was great! It was a nice, quiet neighborhood, it made for a restful stay. The house’s kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, utensils, coffee, and more. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The bedrooms were comfortable with blackout shades. The living room and kitchen area was spacious with comfortable furniture. We would stay here again and would recommend it for families or a larger group visiting Lynnwood/Bothell or the greater Seattle area.
