About this house rental

This is an old converted watermill that has been transformed into a holiday home. This beautiful building is located in a quiet corner of the small village of Herbeumont, 14 km from Bertrix, in the middle of the woods. The Semois flows under the house. You have a view of the river from the living room. The house is therefore very suitable for family reunions and large groups. You can enjoy hiking in the region. The castle of Godefroid de Bouillon is definitely recommended. The surrounding nature is beautiful, with many forests and hilly landscapes. The Gaume region is known for its milder temperatures, especially in summer where it is often warmer than the rest of the country. From Bouillon you can make day trips, for example along the Semois. There is also a barbecue outside where you can prepare delicious meals. Equipped for groups of up to 24 people (= no groups of young people) with panoramic outdoor sauna and hot tub.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
