Located in Kemmenau near Bad Ems, this spacious 5-bedroom holiday home is perfect for groups of up to 18 guests seeking comfort, nature, and entertainment. The home features a private sauna, wood-burning stove, and a bar in the living room, creating a cozy atmosphere for gatherings. Enjoy sunny brunches on the private terrace, fire up the barbecue, or relax in the garden while kids explore the play equipment.

Inside, the layout spans multiple floors with a professional catering kitchen, multiple bathrooms, and a mix of double, single, and bunk beds to suit families and friends. The guest house adds extra space and privacy, while a video projector offers movie nights in style. Parking is available, and up to 2 pets are welcome for an additional fee.

Set in the Rhineland-Palatinate/Saarland region, this retreat is close to Bad Ems spa town and just 15 km from Koblenz, making it a great base for exploring the Rhine and Moselle valleys.
