This luxurious 1 bedroom 80 m2 apartment is part of the Nautical Center Scheveningen located at the second inner harbor of Europe's largest and fashionable bathing resort of Scheveningen. Only 15 minutes away from the vibrant city center of The Hague with hotspots like Madurodam, the Louwman Car Museum and an impressive variety of shops and restaurants. Apartment no. 48a has a balcony on the harbor side offering a fantastic view on the exclusive seaworthy yachts. It includes private parking from where you can take an elevator to the apartment entrance. The apartment itself has been beautifully designed and furnished to the highest standard. It offers essentials such as high speed internet, a large SMART TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet and laundry facilities consisting of a washing machine and dryer. The bedroom comes with a flatscreen TV and a double boxspring bed from where you have a great view on the boats going in and out the harbor.
