Located on one of the most beautiful streets in La Canada in cul-de-sac . Private entrance with easy access with a code. Guests can enjoy our private patio with outdoor furniture, garden and gorgeous mountain views. Private newly built shower and bath. Enjoy climate control with private thermostat. Closet has small refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Coffee and water are complementary. Close to many trails, DTLA, Glendale, Pasadena and other great areas. Many shops and restaurants are within a few minutes drive.

difficult to have people upstairs with just a sheet in the stairwell to separate us. dangerous entrance right onto stairway landing. step down from bathroom area with no handrail - dangerous at night. No place to eat - table in bedroom had a tv on it and table in LR had PC's on it. Comfortable bed, nice deck. Very steep entry.

It's in a lovely area of La Cañada Flintridge! The hosts are just delightful and VERY particular about cleanliness and presentation. Parking and access to the rooms is very easy. It really was like a home away from home! They get an A from an old, retired schoolteacher!

A warm and gracious welcome by Dmitry, the homeowner, set the stage for a lovely stay. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood on a street nestled in the foothills. Abundant wildlife, flora and majestic trees adorn the property. We slept most comfortably, and it was such a treat to be provided delicious Illy coffee (via Keurig machine) and bottled water. The living room area allowed a cozy couch (and interesting library) for reading. We hope to return soon, and enjoy the fine accommodations of Dmitry’s home. It fit our needs perfectly!

Located in a nice, safe neighborhood. Significant amount of space allocated to this rental. Renters should note that this is located in residence with minimal separation between tenants and the family.
