About this house rental
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: an equipped kitchen open to a living room and its lounge, a laundry room/storage room and a shower room with WC. On the 1st floor: two bedrooms with 1 160x200 bed and 1 140x190 bed and a shower room with wc on the landing. On the 2nd floor: two bedrooms each with a 90x190 bed. Outside, small enclosed garden with lawn area, terrace and storage chalet. Reserved space along the gable of the house to park a vehicle. Other parking possible less than 100m from the house. Gite located along a quiet road. Charming little house located 800 m from the village of Louannec, a small town located on the Côte de Granit Rose. From the cottage, you can enjoy a multitude of activities as varied as each other: the beach for swimming and lazing less than 2km away (Penn an Hent Névez beach), the sailing school (open in July August), the boat cruise for the archipelago of the 7 islands... Also discover, by criss-crossing the coastal path, the picturesque village of Ploumanach! One of the most beautiful hikes in the region not to be missed under any circumstances! Without forgetting Port Blanc in Penvenan with its crystal clear waters and exposed rocks at low tide. Between the Côte de Granit Rose and the Côte d'Ajoncs, charming comfortable house where to put down your suitcases to discover the north of Brittany!
