Bedroom: Queen-size double bed, wardrobe, smart TV with Netflix and Disney+, desk with chair, safe, and a balcony.
Kitchen & Living Area: Large, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, plenty of dishes, table with 2 chairs, wardrobe, and a sofa.
Bathroom: Shower, WC, and hairdryer.
Extras: Private parking, WiFi, bed linen and towels included. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available on the ground floor (shared with 2 other apartments, last door on the right).

About 15 minutes’ walk to Salzburg’s historical center.
Quiet neighborhood with 2 other well-equipped apartments (a 2-room and a 3-room apartment).
Private parking for all apartments.
Free high-speed internet.
Neighborhood & Transport:
8 restaurants within 2–8 minutes walking distance, plus a supermarket and a bakery.
Public transport:
Bus 1 (Maxglaner Hauptstrasse, 4 min walk) → city center & train station
Bus 2 (Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse, about 5 min walk) → airport
House Rules:
Non-smoking apartment (smoking allowed on the balcony only).
Guest Access:
You will have access to the washing room on the ground floor with a washing machine and tumble dryer; free parking place in the yard belonging to the apartment; a hut in the garden to store bikes in case you rent one.
The Neighborhood:
What I love about this neighborhood is that it is quiet and yet close to the historical center and that there are no large apartment houses, mostly one family houses with gardens. There are many good restaurants nearby , a bakery and close by, bus stations for busses to the airport, train station and the center. And I love the big Magnolia tree in the garden.
Getting Around:
There are busses going to the center, airport and train station at a distance of less than 5 walking minutes away, bus number 2 from Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse (to the train station and airport) and bus number 1 from Glansteg (Max Glaner Hauptstrasse) to the center and train station, 4- 5 walking minutes away.
Other Things to Note:
If no guests are leaving on the day of your arrival, you can check in at any time. Otherwise, the apartment will be ready around 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage from 10:00 AM and go for a walk until the apartment is ready. Please let me know, because Airbnb programs the access codes of the electronic locks to work from 3:00 PM.
On your departure day, I need the apartment at 10:00 AM for final cleaning.
Interaction with Guests:
As I don’t live in Salzburg, I am not always able to meet my guests at the apartment. Therefore, I provide them with detailed instructions on how to access the apartment and information about the apartment.
My neighbor on the ground floor, left door, Mariana Teodorian, who speaks English, Dutch, Spanish, and German, takes care of my guests and my apartments when I am not there.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute apartment in Salzburg. Communications with the host were easy and the apartment has everything you could possibly need to have a great stay. It was a nice walk to the city center but buses are also nearby to take you. We enjoyed our stay for the Christmas markets and history tours and highly recommend.

Host: Ruth was an exceptional host from booking to check-out. She always responded quickly to my messages and questions and provided detailed printed information and instructions in English for use of the apartment in a 3-ring binder...from how to use the washer and dryer to how to set/change heater settings. Ruth has Mariana as the on-site go-to person if anything is needed asap. We appreciated Ruth's attention to details to create a warm and cozy place for guests to comfortably relax and enjoy.Amenities: Everything needed for a 3 night stay was available to us...coffee pods for Nespresso machine, a good variety of tea bags, a drip coffee maker with paper cones if preferred, toaster, full range with cooktop & oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, several sets of dinnerware and glassware. Just no microwave.Convenience: Ruth sent us the guest mobility tickets so we could use public transport without cost. We used Bus# 1 alot to get to the city center and to the Marionetten Theater. The neighhood has several nice restaurants and bakeries within 5-8 minutes walk.Cost: The apartment was well worth the per night. We would return in a heartbeat!Thank you Ruth for sharing your sweet and cozy place with us.

The apartment is in a great location for the price. It's a nice stroll to the old town and in a lovely quiet traditional area with a mountain backdrop. Inside the apartment is everything you could want. It is exceptionally clean, very well equipped and the beds are so comfortable! We found it easy to park for the duration of our stay. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. I could not fault this gem of a place to stay, and highly recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Salzburg. Ruth's place was the perfect fit for us. Very good location with easy access to the tram, groceries, bakery, restaraunts, etc.Ruth was a very good host. She provided very good information, communicated promptly, and was very accomidating. We would stay here again if we are ever back in the area.
