About this house rental
Beautiful and spacious house with a large garden, close to squares and shopping centers like Antea, where you can find Liverpool, Palacio de Hierro, the faculties of UNAM Juriquilla a few steps away, or the Nautical Square with a spectacular lake, ideal for breakfast, eat or have a delicious dinner by the lake, also close to places to go out at night. For the pantry you will find a Superama a few minutes walking. We have a washer and dryer for guest use.

This is a great home - our third trip to Querétaro, and our favorite rental home by far. The back yard is nice with the patio area and a small garden, and the laundry machines. Downstairs is the kitchen, dining area, living areas, and a half bath. The furniture is the most comfortable we have found in Querétaro rentals. Upstairs, the three bedrooms and two full baths give plenty of space for a small group - we had 3 adults and 2 kids. Each bedroom has ample storage for clothes and other personal items. Our minor “complaints” for the property are only because we are a very tall family and the kitchen lamp was a little low for us - very insignificant in the grand scheme of things. We had a couple of small needs with the property that were immediately handled by a quickly responsive host. A weekly cleaning lady came to help with some cleaning duties, but all the necessities were available so we cleaned as we went along. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to others. In walking easy distance are a couple Oxxos, many restaurants, a Walmart Express, several playgrounds, and a dog park. Easy access to 57 and Anillo Vial Fray Junipero Serra for access both North-South and East-West of the home. Easy 15-20 minute with little traffic, 20-30 minutes with moderate traffic trip to Centro de Querétaro.
