About this house rental
What a charming, coastal cottage! This 1950 2 bedroom 1 bath bungalow has been remodeled from top to bottom. This light & bright home is tastefully decorated & fully equipped with all you need for a comfortable vacation. The casita is about 3 steps away from the house. It is where the second bedroom is. The new screened back porch, with ceiling fans, will be a favorite place for you to relax and unwind. The huge, fenced yard is over half an acre. Plenty of room to park an RV or a boat. This is the perfect spot for a quick vacation or a long stay.

Cute and cozy, large back yard and concrete pad accessible for boat parking. The casita room was perfect for friends that joined our stay.

Wonderful cozy house. Very clean inside. Was perfect for myself and friend. Down there to fish. Issues: Exterior needs LTC! overgrown bushes, yard not mowed and full of grass stickers/ burrs (there were some imbedded in rugs inside we found out), and the decking and railing needs to be looked at (rotting boards, and railing that needs maintenance.

Place was very nice and a good location from Port Aransas and Rockport. Definitely coming back and would highly recommend. There is a lot of ant hills and stickers on the yard so don't go out there walking barefoot other than that everything else was great.

Great location, older house but updated inside.Beware of walking w out shoes on..major stickersWe took lots of meat to bbq outside, we didn’t bbq...The mosquitoes were so bad.. and when I say bad, that’s an understatement..They need to get a professional pest control out there.The deck that connects the small house to house, there was a couple soft boards that was a safety issue..Over all, cute house inside ..It had everything you would need for a stay.
