Stay at "Eagle Cap", a luxury 2nd FL condo in Enterprise's historic Litch Hotel, blending modern comfort, vintage charm and a fishing theme. It features 11 ft ceilings, original exposed stone wall in both bedrooms, wood floors, tiled bathroom, quartz countertops, locally handmade tableware, and AC.
Central location with multiple restaurants within walking distance and only minutes away from Joseph and Wallowa Lake.
Todd & Andy McKee, The McKee Brothers, own and operate the Litch Hotel which is part of Eagle Cap Vacation Rentals. They both live in Wallowa County, near Enterprise and are available to assist in person if a need arises.
The historic Litch Hotel is located on the corner of Main Street and River Street in Downtown Enterprise. Enterprise is generally quieter and slower paced than its more famous neighbor Joseph. Many guests that stay at the Litch Hotel have noted their appreciation for this feature of the location. Joseph is a short 10 minute drive away making it a convenient access point to the many outdoor adventures that our guests plan to enjoy during their visit to Wallowa County and the Eagle Caps.
Back in the day, the Litch Hotel had 11 apartments and just one bathroom on the 2nd floor (can you imagine?! đ ), but donât worry â times have definitely changed! Now, youâll have your very own private bathroom and kitchen, so no awkward run-ins while youâre making that midnight snack đ. The hallway and stairs outside your unit are the only shared spaces, so feel free to get cozy and relax however you like â no oneâs around to judge your Netflix binges or late-night PJs! đđïž

đNOISE CONSIDERATIONS: The Litch hotel is old and wasnât built with modern soundproofing. You will hear sounds from adjacent units, whether above, below, or next door, as well as footsteps and movement on the stairs and in the hallways.
The Litch is designed for families, couples, and friends looking for a comfortable and fun place to relax after enjoying all that Wallowa County has to offer. However, if youâre looking for a place to have a bachelor party or kegger, this isnât the right venue. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where all guests can enjoy their stay without excessive noise from others. Most guests are consciousness which allows everyone to have a great time. Occasionally a loud knucklehead will stay next door.
We ask all guests to be mindful of the noise they make especially during stated quite hours so all guests can fully enjoy their time here. Thank you for understanding and for helping us preserve the peaceful charm of the Litch Hotel!

đŸPETS: This is not a pet friendly condo. If you want to bring your furry friend(s), depending on availability, we are happy to transfer your reservation to one of our ground floor pet friendly units.
đCHECK-IN: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in options available:
COMPLIMENTARY: Call after 12:30 PM on your arrival day if the unit will be ready prior to 3:00 we are happy to let you in early.
GUARANTEED: Pre-arrange early check-in for $20/hour We will take all the necessary steps to ensure your condo is ready by the pre-agreed upon time.
â°CHECK-OUT: Required by 11:00 AM; late check-out available at $20/hour.
đNO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited within the condo.

âQUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
đBEDS: Feature medium-firm memory foam mattresses. The majority of guests love our mattresses but occasionally guests find them too firm for comfort.
đčSECURITY: We have security cameras monitoring the hallways outside of the condo.
đ¶ââïžSTAIRS: Although this is a 2nd floor unit, because the height of the ceilings on the first floor are so high, the number of steps you must climb, 30, to access your unit is similar to accessing a typical 3rd floor.
đ§șWASHER/DRYER: there is no washer/dryer on site. There is a laundromat about 2 blocks away and you we offer a wash/fold service as well (Details available in our guidebook).

Thereâs a Smart TV ready for you to log in to your own apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime, or Disney+.
Just a heads-up â thereâs no cable or local channels. If you want live TV, you will need a service like Sling, Fubo, or YouTube TV.

My wife and I stay at several property's a year . We tavel quite a bit. This property was very impressive. From the way it was decorated and maintained to the constant texts from the owners making sure our stay was nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend staying here.

The unit was well equipped and comfortable. Very fun fishing motif. Many of the local restaurants were closed Sunday and Monday because our visit was off-season. We still managed to find places to eat. We really enjoyed the scenery and the locals.

There was no expense spared in the renovation of this historic hotel - it's beautiful. Our "room" (Eagle Cap) was probably 4 plus times the size of a hotel room with high ceilings, two large bedrooms and a giant great room. The finishes were absolutely impeccable right down to the monogrammed drawer pulls throughout. We really didn't want to leave.We come to this area every year and normally stay at Wallowa Lake, but we stumbled upon The Litch when the place we normally rent was unavailable and thought we'd give it a try. No regrets. It's a short drive (under 10 minutes) to Joseph and then another 5 minutes to the south side of the lake. Easy to jump back and forth. Plus there are a couple of great restaurants and a bakery a short walk from The Litch Hotel.The hosts are great and we're so glad we found this gem!

Really love our stay in enterprise. Your hotel is wonderful. However the storage in the kitchen for the plates and cups is way too high. I actually had to climb on the counter to get dishes down. And the storage in the shower is also too high so I would recommend lowering those shelves to meet requirements of people around 5 foot three, which is a fairly average height. I would definitely stay here again, but I would have to bring a stepstool.
