About this villa rental
In one of the most exclusive locations on the coast of Dalmatia, Villa Dubrovnik is placed in ideal naturalsettingoverlooking the Adriatic Sea while being minutes outside of city Dubrovnik. The spacious outdoor terrace leads to a 24 m² pool with sun loungers,outdoor covered lounge area and a BBQ with an alfresco dining table. The villa is approached along a track road which comes directly off the main road and leads down to the villa.

Formed in seventh century and since scarred by many of its rulers today it displays a rich cultural history and historical significance. Protected by UNESCO the charming Old Town is enveloped in 10thcentury city walls, 2 kilometers in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must stroll! Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants and makes for a perfect viewpoint to admire the architecture and watch the world go by.

The house was fantastic. The host was flexible with our check in and met us at the property-could not have been nicer. It is very close to several beach clubs and has a gorgeous view of the bridge. Its about 15 minutes in to old town which we appreciated. It was nice to be at the beach where it was cooler and close to Old Town. It’s very clean and spacious and worked well for our family. Would definitely stay here again. As the house is owned by a hotel they were also helpful with arranging transportation (this is important as Ubers frequently cancel and you don’t want to miss your flight) and stowing bags.
Nearby-
We spent time at Coral Bay Beach Club (5 star/great food and atmosphere) and Copacabana Beach Club (3.5 star- does have a blow up aquatic play area for kids-meh food).
There’s also a chill beach bar next door and a public beach in front of the property.

We shared this home with another family (each with 2 adults and 2 kids). Tons of space in this very modern and beautiful house. The outside set up is amazing and the outdoor kitchen makes any type of outdoor meal easy. The home is easy walking distance to three separate beaches and a 15 or so minute Uber ride to old town. Ubers were simple to get to and from.
Wonderful host who was attentive throughout. We had an AC issue day 1 and they got it fixed over the weekend.
