Nice 75 sqm flat with vaulted ceiling and independent entrance, located 80 meters from the train station, 2 km from the medieval village of Monteriggioni, just 15 km from Siena, in a strategic position to easily visit the whole of Tuscany and plan a wonderful journey through nature, art, history and food and wine.
The flat is located on the ground floor with an private entrance and has a double bedroom, communicating through a sliding door with a small room with bunk bed, a bathroom with a large shower, a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen/living room with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and TV. In addition, the apartment is provided with independent heating, ceiling fan in the bedroom and in the kitchen/living room and safe.
A camp bed for small children is available.
The apartment is located in the center of the village, close to the most important shops (pharmacy, supermarket, bars, tobacco, pizzeria, post office, bank) and public transport.
In the area there are ample free parking on the public road.
The village is small and peaceful. It is located in a strategic position, just two kilometers from the Siena-Florence motorway junction and close to public transport.
If you want to move independently with your own vehicle, Castellina Scalo is located 10 km away from Castellina in Chianti, 15 km from Siena, 20 km from San Gimignano, 25 km from Certaldo, 37 km from Volterra, 42 km from San Galgano Abbey, 60 km from Florence, 70 km from Monte Amiata, 100 km from Pisa.
