Greet each day with a breathtaking view of the sunrise over Case Inlet and the snow-capped peak of Mt. Rainier at this waterfront home on Treasure Island. With two decks and a stretch of beach outside your door, this is the perfect place to take in the natural splendor of Puget Sound.
This home sits on the eastern shore of Treasure Island, a small community accessible by a one-lane bridge, that feels like a simpler time. Daily walks around the island are always a joy.
The warmer months are perfect for long, memorable days spent outdoors. On this expansive property, you'll enjoy a lawn that's perfect for games or lounging in the hammock as well as the beach where you can watch for seals, look for shells, or even take a swim. Use our kayaks or bring your own paddle boards to get out on the water.
The large main deck is wonderful for barbecues on the gas grill and alfresco meals with a view of "the mountain". To round out the day, spend an evening under the stars around the propane fire pit.
On cooler days, light the propane fire pit under the waterproofed deck or cozy up to the gas fireplace inside.
The view of Case Inlet is every bit as special indoors, thanks to generous windows and glass doors. You can keep an eye on the water whether you are cooking in our well-equipped kitchen or playing board games around the dining room table. Stream movies in the living room or play foosball in the basement.
We have three bedrooms upstairs, two of which open to a waterfront deck. The primary suite has a smart TV and ensuite bath. For extra space, the den/office on the main floor converts to a fourth bedroom with a sleeper sofa. The basement has space for yoga or a workout plus another TV and a game/puzzle table.

Can't say enough great things about this house! Fully stocked kitchen (with sharp knives!), plenty of space, thoughtful things for the kids, easy beach access... The home felt lived in and cozy and had everything we needed for q long weekend vacation. We didn't want to leave. Can't wait to stay here again!

Very nice home at a great location. Owners were great to work with and have everything ready for your vacation to the area. Very quiet neighborhood. This location was central to visit Olympic National Park, Mt. Rainier, Puget Sound and the Cascades National Park. Definitely we will stay here again if available when we visit the area in the future.
