The kitchen features an island bar with seating for six, providing plenty of space to enjoy quality time with family and friends. Additionally, a laundry room, complete with a washer and dryer, is conveniently located just down the hallway from the entrance for guest convenience.

The spacious Primary Suite is on the main level with a luxury king bed, ceiling fan, wall-mounted HDTV, and a full private bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 is located at the end of the hall and features a sturdy wooden twin/queen bunk bed, ceiling fan, HDTV, and a full shared bathroom. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and features a queen bed, ceiling fan, HDTV, full private bathroom, and cozy nook, great for napping and reading. Bedroom 4 is also upstairs furnished with a queen bed, ceiling fan, HDTV, full private bathroom, and another cozy nook nestled by large double windows providing plenty of natural light for resting in the warm sunlight.
