This enchanting half-timbered house captures the quintessential charm of Ardennes style, nestled in the picturesque village of Coo, renowned for its stunning waterfalls. Perfectly suited for families or small groups, this delightful retreat accommodates 4 to 6 guests, offering a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. The property's exterior features a furnished terrace ideal for outdoor dining and a BBQ, alongside a covered and heated jacuzzi available year-round, ensuring relaxation in any season. Inside, the ground floor welcomes guests with an inviting entrance hall leading to a wine cellar (currently empty), a laundry room with a washing machine, and a convenient toilet. The well-equipped kitchen boasts essential appliances, including an oven, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, with easy access to the garden. The cozy dining room, adorned with a wood stove, sets a warm atmosphere for shared meals, while the comfortable living room offers a TV, providing the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploration. On the first floor, guests will find two spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom features a 160x200 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, toilet, and sink. The second bedroom also contains a 160x200 cm double bed, complemented by a charming mezzanine with another double bed and a dressing room, as well as its own private bathroom featuring an Italian shower. Conveniently located near the famous Coo waterfalls, a sports center, an amusement park, an animal park, small restaurants, and the renowned Spa-Francorchamps circuit, this charming home provides a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure, making it an ideal getaway in the heart of the Ardennes.

Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
