In the pretty village of Popincourt, a district located between Bastille and République, a stone's throw from the Marais, our high-rise apartment offers space, light, calm, with a touch of countryside.
The apartment, with an area of 82 m2, is composed of a large bedroom (25m2) with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, a small bedroom with a single bed, a very large living room (30m2), surmounted by a mezzanine with a double bed, while the living room sofa transforms into a bed for two people.
With its very large volume, its exposed beams, its working fireplace, its flowered balconies, our living room is a great living room. Thanks to our stock of wood, stacked on the landing, you can treat yourself to the luxury of evenings by the fireside, in the heart of Paris! It is the "countryside" touch in the heart of one of the most fashionable districts of the capital.
Located on the sixth floor without elevator, the apartment benefits from a very high luminosity and an absolute calm. It is fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, TV, wifi, home cinema, stereo. We also put at your disposal our vast collection of CDs and DVDs as well as our small wine cellar !!

Location was convenient to the Seine and Notredame. Neighbourhood had a lot of character with an amazing bakery and cafes and restaurants. Lots of energy in the neighborhood. Apartment was clean and well taken care of. Communication with the host was excellent. The flat is 6 floors up with no lift so it can be a challenge for people with mobility issues. One of our sons uses a cane so it was challenging but we were fully aware of the situation when we confirmed the booking. The flat is typical Parissien with lots of character and we really enjoyed it. There are a lot of plants on the balconies so we couldn’t enjoy standing outside the window but the fresh air was nice.We would recommend this location and would boo k here again.

A beautiful apartment, cozy, spacious, and very well located, with supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants nearby. The kitchen also has all the necessary utensils for cooking. Thanks to the kindness and hospitality of the hosts, we felt right at home.

We were a group of mixed ages (family of four inc children 7 & 10), a 25 year old and Nanny (78) and we all loved the flat. The decor is attractive and the children loved sleeping in the mezzanine. It’s super well equipped, and comfort levels are high! Communication with Corinne was spot on, and check in / access was simple. We also appreciated the location which is both quiet but with everything (including some great bars, restaurants and bakeries) minutes if not seconds from your door. It was also straightforward to get various destinations throughout the trip.
