Your vacation rental, spread over 3 levels, includes: On the 1st floor, accessible by a spiral staircase. A large living room with exposed beams, a majestic fireplace, listed as a Historic Monument, and beautiful stained-glass windows. A fitted kitchen. A separate toilet. On the 2nd floor, accessible by a spiral staircase. One bedroom with its own bathroom (shower and sink) and a trundle bed (one 90x190 cm bed, but an additional bed can be added). A separate toilet. One bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed, but twin beds are available, with its own small bathroom (shower). On the 3rd floor: One very spacious bedroom (one 180x200 cm bed) with a lounge and bathroom (bathtub). On the ground floor, a workshop dedicated to exhibitions. Pay parking is available at Poulain-Corbion or Place de la Préfecture during the week, and free parking is available 100 meters away on weekends. Luggage storage is available in front of the house. After two years of renovation, the Hôtel des Ducs de Bretagne, a magnificent private mansion built in 1572 and listed as a Historic Monument in 1889, opens its doors to you for a weekend or a week, as you wish. Nestled in the heart of the historic town, opening onto a small square in a village-like setting and close to shops, this former Renaissance inn will delight heritage lovers. The facade, with its carved timber-framed decorations, makes it one of the jewels of the destination. The owner has preserved the soul of this residence and brought it the expected modernity, imbued with charm and authenticity, for an exceptional stay. To discover the maritime side of the Bay, head to the Légué marina and walk along the quays. Sit on the terrace for lunch: there are some wonderful gourmet spots to enjoy. The sheltered Anse aux Moines beach is 6 km away, and the large family beach of Rosaires is 9.2 km away. It is 14 km from Binic.
