About this house rental
Beautiful four bedroom, three full bathroom home constructed in 2016 conveniently located in a quiet new development in Woodland, California. Less than 15 minutes to Sacramento International Airport (SMF), the University of California, Davis Campus (UC Davis), and many local attractions; within driving distances to Sacramento, Napa Valley wine country, and San Francisco. Nearby Costco/Target/Panda Express/Starbucks etc.
THE SPACE
Our open-floor-plan home provides a spacious master suite with a king bed, a large soaker tub, a glass-enclosed shower, and a double vanity set. It also includes a junior and well-separated master bedroom with a glass-enclosed shower. There are two additional bedrooms, each with a large closet, nightstands, and queen-sized bed. Hangars are provided in all closets.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, an oversized island, breakfast goodies, and a wooden dining table that seats eight people comfortably with extended leaves.
The living room features an oversized comfortable sectional, 4K HD Roku TV with HBO Max, and Optic fiber high-speed internet/wifi.
You also have a laundry room with a large-sized washer/dryer and a big garage.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please note that, for security purposes, we have cameras over the front and backyard. These cameras record video and audio, which are only used if a crime is committed, damage occurs to the home, or neighbors complain of noise, smoke, music, etc. Recordings are only stored for 30 days and then erased.
Also, we are sorry that no pets, parties, or events are allowed.

The house was large and conveniently located near UC Davis & Sacramento. There were some good breakfast places nearby - country waffles & Rafaels & Morgans on Main Street was also good.

We were attending a wedding in Woodland so we did not spend a lot of time in the house, but it fulfilled our needs for the weekend.

We stayed for a week. Location, size of the bedrooms, bathrooms were very good. However the carpet in the bedrooms was dirty. Dead bugs on every window sill. Spiders everywhere, the house needs to be treated for bugs. Kitchen- only half of a paper roll available for use, very limited availability of pots and pans. No electric mixer, bowls or baking sheet. Making breakfast for 6 adults was challenging. Patio - very disappointed that there was no grill available for cooking. The patio hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Large spider webs around the patio door, patio table and chairs very dirty. Bathrooms - no Kleenex, only one soap dispenser bottle for a double vanity. The house was large enough to accommodate 6 adults comfortably and we liked the quiet and safe neighborhood.
