Our stay was decent overall, great kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable couch, but we ran into a few issues that added some hassle. When we first arrived, there was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom that filled the entire downstairs—we had to go out and buy air freshener just to make it bearable.Some things didn’t match the listing photos. The couch was against the wall instead of in front of the TV, so we had to move it ourselves to make the space usable. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was missing, so each visit meant awkwardly reaching a few feet across to the counter. Also, the only bathroom is downstairs, while all the bedrooms are upstairs—something to keep in mind for guests with mobility concerns.The master bedroom sheets hadn’t been changed (there was hair on them), and even after reaching out to the host, we never received fresh ones. We had to buy our own. The master bedroom door also doesn’t latch, so it wouldn’t stay shut—making privacy a challenge. The second bedroom, while clean, has no closet—only a small set of drawers, which limited storage space. The closet in the master was missing the pictured hangers and laundry basket, which made unpacking inconvenient.That said, the home was mostly decent otherwise, in a quiet neighborhood, and we had no issues with bugs or neighbors. This place is close to being great—just needs more attention to detail, better cleanliness, and more responsive hosting.

We enjoyed the location, cleanliness, and bathroom, washer/dryer of the apartment. The pictures are accurate but note that the bedrooms are on the second floor with all other rooms on the first floor. Communication with property manager easy. Furnishings, decor, and kitchen equip are basic and functional. We found parking right outside at all times and the location allowed us to visit all parts of El Paso easily. Neighborhood was quiet, not upscale, but we felt safe and comfortable.
