“ VILLA LESVOS 30 meters to the Sea” located on the suburbs of Mytilene.
Kratigos is the best beach on the outskirts of Mytilene, the capital of Lesvos island.
Because of its excellent location and proximity to the city ( 12 km from the center ) along with the unique microclimate, it was chosen to be the estate of Reza Pasha while under the Ottoman Rule of Lesvos.
Our villa is built in the Reza Pasha estate. You can visit the “ Yali Kiosk “ and the main house of Pasha which are of architectural interest.
Villa Lesvos built on the small hill overlooking the Aegean-sea offering magnificent views.
It is 3-storey property.
The basement is the service area.
The ground floor has an ample living room with a balcony, a dining area with a big veranda. A separate room is the well-equipped kitchen. Next to the main entrance a wc is very useful for visitors.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms with bathrooms en-suit so it accommodates up to 5 people.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV and a ventilator. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (split units) and hair dryers.
The private outdoor area of the villa under the shadow of the 100 year old pine trees is an experience of a life time.
The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance.
