The serene bedroom features a queen-size bed, a mounted Smart TV, and a small workspace for your laptop.

Located within a mile of the property, the Port Aransas Community Pool offers fantastic amenities for all ages:
A heated pool, slides, splash pad, and shaded lounge chairs.

This apartment is situated at the back of the property. The main residence at the front is not included in this rental.

Guests are required to sign a legal rental agreement prior to their stay. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.

Rooted property management tries to think ahead and provide as much things as you need for your beach stay in port Aransas! Heather is fantastic, they have a binder where you're staying at that has recommendations on places to eat and activities to do. Heather is responsive and is able to help ata moments notice. The location is also right in the middle of town, very close to the beach, we were five minutes away from the beach and several restaurants in the area. If you prefer to cook, they have a stove and enough pots, pans, cook and silverware for you to cook something yourself and the space downstairs by the rental had a gas grill available for use. Will absolutely be renting property from them in my next beach adventure in Port A!!!

Good property for being in an alley. Perfect size for 2 peeps. Tv’s could be different brands to correct a problem with changing channels and power on and off. Everything went good. Close to all areas of the island. Blue water Cowboy restaurant was a great place to eat. Very upscale compared to most places on the island and just down the street. Beach nearby. Not walking though. Rented a golf cart for our 5 days.
