This suite is located in the South building. It has a full kitchen and all the other amenities that you need to make your stay feel like a home away from home!
There is a mini-split unit that provides heat and AC. The mini-split is located in the living room. The bedrooms do not have AC, but do have fans.

Parking is located under our south building. There is also 24-hour, free street parking. Additionally, there is a small city parking lot across the street that is also free of charge.
We want to remind you that there are no staff onsite. But we are always available if you send us an email.
Pet-Friendly Stays at The Iconica
We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs at The Iconica! To help us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we charge a $50 pet fee for additional cleaning.
✔ Pet-Friendly Suites: We typically accommodate pets in Suites 1, 2, and 4. If those are unavailable, you’re welcome to book another suite, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your pet.
✔ Leaving Your Pet Unattended? If you plan to attend an event and need to leave your dog behind, please ensure they remain quiet and comfortable in your absence. Excessive barking or noise disturbances may result in a $200 fee.
✔ Breed Restrictions: For the comfort and safety of all guests, Pit Bulls and Rottweilers are not permitted.

O.M.G… the view of Mt Hood was phenomenal from our rental!! The space was modern & beautiful. I wish we’d had time to spend at least one additional night. Highly recommend this space. Pay attention to the texts from the host. She knows her stuff!

This is a difficult review for me because the location is a perfect proximity to yummy restaurants (yards away so walkable) and the view of Mt Hood is AMAZING!! Truly! However, we like to cook majority of meals from scratch (breakfast, lunch and dinners) and the cookware provided is teflon coated and very scratched and the kitchen is minimally stocked for cooking (note, this is a huge deal for us, so if you are not planning to cook it should not be an issue). Coffee was provided, along with salt and pepper. Beds- both queen, one firm and one soft so you have options. The pillows are on the thicker side so if you prefer flatter ones you might want to bring it. Communication was very specific and clear (note, the instructions did say you can request additional cook ware, which I did not see until the day of check-in therefore if you are particular like us you might be able to submit a request.) Perhaps the sitting area could benefit from a few throws to use while watching something. I can’t remember if a hairdryer was provided, great water pressure and plenty of towels in bathroom. Summary: great views, great parking, great location to dining, very clean, and clear communication, perfect if you don’t plan to cook.
