Designed for comfort and relaxation, directly above the sugar-white sand of the Gulf, this serene 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home on the 11th floor of Phoenix West II is beckoning. The spacious open layout is perfect for gathering, with plenty of seating, coastal decor, and breathtaking Gulf views through walls of glass. In the light-filled living room, gather on plush sofas and recliners to watch a movie on the flatscreen TV, play games with the family, or simply unwind in style.
Open to the living room and the Gulf views beyond, the kitchen is fully equipped with expansive granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Set out drinks on the accompanying wet bar (which has an ice maker, blender, and sink), pull up a stool at the large breakfast bar for casual meals and snacks, and come together for meals in the Gulfview dining room, where the table seats eight.
After days filled with sunshine and adventure, there’s nothing sweeter than sinking into a comfortable bed in your own private suite. Each of the three bedrooms in this home is decorated in soothing coastal hues and has a flatscreen TV and ensuite bathroom, including the primary ensuite with a jetted soaking tub and separate shower. With an extra full bathroom, a full washer and dryer, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this home accommodates up to 12 guests, making it perfect for larger groups.
*Please note: Phoenix West II is a smoke-free complex, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. The non-smoking policy, which include e-cigarettes, apply to all common areas (i.e. pool decks, stairwells, etc.), inside condominium units and on balconies.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
