In Kairon Plage, part of the commune of Saint-Pair-sur-Mer, 150m from the beach and 2.5km from shops, a charming house with a garden, named "L'Etrille", comprises on the ground floor: a fitted kitchen (dishwasher), a living room with a sitting area and television, two bedrooms each with a double bed (140cm), a bathroom (bathtub, sink), a separate WC, and a storage room with a washing machine and freezer.
Upstairs (accessed via a narrow spiral staircase): a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), and a renovated shower room (shower, sink, WC).
Garden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Pets are not allowed.
