About this house rental
Cocoonr/Bookandpay offers this charming 140 m² house with mountain views and swimming pool in Ramonchamp to rent for up to 8 people. It has a lovely 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of around 800 m². Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 21 m² living room with TV (160 channels)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A dining room
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200) and a cot
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board, table football, electronic dart board.
Outside:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (8x4m), open from June to September.
- A beautiful 800 m² enclosed garden
- 24 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A 16 m² veranda with furniture:
The house is ideally located in Ramonchamp, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

- Gérardmer with the possibility of doing several activities: boat, casino, typical restaurant...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park (3 cars).

- Nearest airport: Lorraine Airport, about 1h50min by car
