Just a short drive to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment including the Madam Carroll as well as Indiana Beach.

This has been our favorite place to stay when visiting Indiana because its private and quiet. This was our worst visit because the pool was green and the cable T.V. was removed. They said we had wi-fi to use if we could stay connected. Hoping for a better experience next time.

We had a blast. A nice family get away. The kids enjoyed the pool and playing area which was very close. The property was clean . Everything was great.

We were excited to come back to this little small-town resort manufactured home community with a pool. The pool is great; the people are really nice. But, the unit was so, so hot. There were two A/C units. The kids' bedroom had none. There were ceiling fans, which helped, but the window units jut couldn't keep up. The oven was also broken--no knob. (Not a very big deal in the summer.) The TV in the main bedroom did not work, which was a bummer because the kids wanted to watch different stuff. I didn't write to the property manager about these things, but probably should have. The place needs a little more care.
