About this villa rental

This cottage is part of a set of 10 decidedly modern cottages at the Bréhec Lagoon. On site, a shared indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi area is available to all residents. It offers a beautiful sea view and is open all year round. The cottage consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen and dining area, a living room, and a bathroom. It features two large semi-covered terraces, one of which faces due south, equipped with outdoor furniture and overlooking a pleasant shared garden. A private parking space is available on site. The property also has two electric vehicle charging stations. High-quality internet connection (fiber optic) is available and is particularly appreciated by remote workers.
