Conveniently located approximately 1-mile from Chautauqua Institution and 1-mile from Prendergast Point Boat Launch, you will have plenty of activities to choose from. With 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, this property accommodates 8 comfortably, with the addition of a sleeper sofa. A newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen and comfy living room with a double-sided gas fireplace add to the warmth and luxury of this home and is perfect for entertaining. Grab the family for some yard games in the spacious yard or just take the time to sit and relax. Whatever you choose, you will be sure to enjoy yourself at this charming Chautauqua home.
