The apartment opens onto a large living room, complete with sofa, television, with an adjacent area with dining table overlooking the garden/porch.The kitchen is independent and equipped with dishwasher, kettle, oven and coffee maker. The accommodation has a bedroom with a queen size bed and 2 single bedrooms, all overlooking the garden. Completing the layout are the 2 bathrooms, which have a bidet, bathtub, and shower stall.
Amenities such as underfloor heating, wi-fi connection and washing machine are available to guests.

Near the lakefront is the city's main square, dominated by the Broletto (the old municipal palace built in 1215). The square also houses the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, one of the most fascinating examples of Italian Gothic art. Finally, we recommend going up to visit the village of Brunate, accessible by a funicular railway, a symbol of the city, from which you can admire an impressive view around the Art Nouveau residences.
