Please note that this property's access is via a steep exterior ramp, which might pose a slight challenge for individuals with mobility concerns. However, once inside, you'll find that the entire living space is situated on a single, easily navigable level.

We are a multiple returning couple having stayed in three of the different accommodations available over the years. Russell and his family are extremely welcoming and friendly to this working farm, and nothing is too much trouble. From the Cornish cream tea on arrival and the free range farm fresh eggs available, with sea views in the distance and rolling lush Cornish countryside in the foreground…the peace and tranquility this accommodation offers is cosy and second to none with generous parking, yet only a few miles outside St Ives. It is simply perfect and we are already planning our return visit.

The farm is quiet and comfortable, just outside of St Ives. There were buses running into town right from the site, but check the timetable. The town is also walkable via footpaths from the back of the farm which also connect to the coast path. The room had everything we needed and was very restful.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hayloft very much. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had fun at the playroom and watching one of the offered DVDs. At night it was totally quiet. We recommand this place a hundred percent

This is an extremely good place to stay, with gorgeous sea view, very well layed out and thought through. Can highly recommend.
PS the only suggestion for improvement would be to incentivise the farmers to permit a more direct access to the South West coast path (a walking trail towards that exist, but it's a fair bit to walk atm), a narrow path through their land. A bit of barbed wire and their fields remain safe
