This development was created with a taste of Italy in mind and provides coded gate access to Miners Ravine Trails. The home is located on a strip of only 7 homes facing the greenbelt, which gives this unique row of homes a secluded feeling. Only neighbors on 2 sides versus homes located on the interior of the community which are surrounded. You cannot hear any neighbor noise and are steps away from the gate to the paths that venture throughout a scenic greenbelt for epic sunrise mornings or sunsets. You can bike to old Roseville from these very same paths, or take your dogs for a beautiful sunset walk. All in the safety and security of a gated community with plenty of outdoor activities on site. Kids playground, Basketball court, Dog park, Covered BBQ areas for large group parties. Short walks to fine dining across the business parking lots.

Locale is near many restaurants and the Galleria mall. Easy access to freeways. Only thing I did not expect was the stairs from kitchen and living room to bedrooms. They were very steep.
