This large house features a fully furnished kitchen, 2 living areas, and a recreation area with ping pong for your entertainment. The home boasts 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Enjoy the large fenced-in backyard and the convenience of being close to all the attractions Northern ID and Eastern WA has to offer.
Guest Access:
Entire home and backyard. Ample parking available; utilize the garage, large driveway, or park along the street.
Getting Around:
- Less than 5 minutes to I-90 and Post Falls restaurants/entertainment.
- 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene.
- 30 minutes to Silverwood.
- 30 minutes to downtown Spokane,
Other Things to Note:
The fireplaces in both the upstairs and downstairs living rooms are prohibited from being used.
-Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook and serve food.
- New memory foam mattresses
- High Speed WiFi
- Basement features large family room with ping pong table and Smart TV.
- Basement bedrooms have non egress windows.
- Both tv's are Smart tv's - guests are welcome to utilize there personal streaming accounts.
- Washer and Dryer Onsite

Great stay! The place was very nice, clean, centrally located, and easy to get to. It had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

My family enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and street was quiet. The number of bedrooms was great for our group of 9. We played a lot of ping pong downstairs and took the kids on the short walk down to the little nearby park to play soccer. This home was a fairly central location for our itinerary of visiting Coeur D’Alene, going to Silverwood and also going to Hoopfest in Spokane. Would stay here again!
