About this house rental
The holiday home 'Casa Quirinus' is located in a quiet location with a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains and is nevertheless very well developed in terms of transport (public transport, parking lot).
With the total renovation from 2017, the house offers a modern standard that includes the following infrastructures (see Plan) includes:
• 3 bedrooms (double beds) and 2 bathrooms
• cozy living room with dining table, fireplace and TV
• practically equipped kitchen with new appliances (oven, induction cooker, washing machine)
In the garden with a covered seating area and terrace (even in winter) you can relax, chat and play in the sun. A fire pit and pool add charm and enjoyment.
Walks directly from the house or excursions to Locarno, the valleys and mountains and of course to the Ticino towns. It is not far to Como and Milan.
The offer includes the all-inclusive price; d. H. Incl. Taxis, use of laundry ... Only cleaning costs will be charged for this offer. The house is actually only rented from weekend to weekend and at least 6 days.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely villa, it had everything we needed and is really well laid out. Orselina is such a nice place and the views are just incredible. Loads to do on foot too so you don’t need to take the car all the time. I hope we’ll come back!

Your place is paradise and home to us. You provided ‘everything’ as in everything we may ever need to enjoy and have fun like being in our own house in Texas. The peaceful nights we had are very relaxing and we wake up always refreshed. Your kitchen is a dream come true! Your bedrooms are very much liked! The simplicity of your entire living and dining room makes me clean up fast. Your spectacular views are so pleasing and beautiful. Your garden is the best! You even gave us a chance to have fresh basil for our salad! Everything is just 10 stars out of 5 stars!! We are so grateful for your hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay! God bless!

We spent a good week in the apartment with an amazing view over the lake. Very clean and with all amenities needed. Communication with the owner pas efficient. Will comme back.
