This multi-level, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed, queen bed, and twin bed. It is located in a building that is nestled amongst mature pine trees. Third floor walk-up with vaulted ceilings and a private balcony that offers peaceful views of the mountains and trees.
This third floor walk-up features a spacious living area with a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV. The homeowner added new furniture in the Fall of 2017 that offers plenty of comfortable seating. The private balcony can be accessed through the living room and offers beautiful views of the mountains and trees. Enjoy the outdoor seating on your private balcony while you take in the views.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and the dining area comfortably seats six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is just down the hall and features a single sink vanity separated from the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The primary bedroom is located upstairs in the spacious loft area and has a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding, a flat screen TV, a spacious seating area and offers scenic views through the picture frame windows. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. Back on the main level, the guest bedroom is down a few stairs. It has a queen-sized bed and a twin-sized bed, both with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV. There is also a twin-sized mattress in the closet that can be pulled out for another sleeping arrangement.

Overall - I will try and actively avoid booking a property owned and managed by Summit County Moutain Retreats in the future.Pros:- Relatively inexpensive- This unit's parking area is directly behind a bus stop (Silver Line)Cons:- No in-unit laundry, coin Laundy at the club house only had two functional washer/ dryer units, and no functional change machine. We drove to a laundry matt.- Club house hot tub was fairly gross - the space was maintained but the hot tub itself had not been cleaned in several weeks- The twin mattresses were terrible (Comfort wise)- There was not enough bedding for all the mattresses in the unit. - The queen bed frame is broken at the headboard - when you move, the mattress drops a bit and makes a popping noise (Uncomfortable if you are a light sleeper or have others in the same room).- The window treatments/ blinds were broken in the livingroom - which has the view of the mountain. They were kind enough to write a note that says the blinds are broken so you don't mess with them.- Toilet flush is fairly lack luster (more a word of caution).- Check in requires you to go to their management office to pick up hotel-like access cards. It can be contactless, however if you are shuttling from the airport and not rending a car, you will need to use an uber/ lyft, etc to get from point A to Point B. We rented a vehicle, but typically I shuttle.
