3 bedroom 3 bath condo located within walking distance to the main parkway in Gatlinburg. 1/2 block from trolley stop. Bedroom 1 has king size bed. bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, walk in shower. bedroom 3 has a queen size bed, private bathrooms. Flat screen TV’s with cable. Seasonal fireplace. Kitchen is fully equipped, Washer/Dryer in condo.The private balcony is a great place to watch the sunset over the mountain and some sites from Gatlinburg. Bldg does have an elevator.

The host did not communicate regarding door code/check in procedures. VRBO staff did an excellent job getting us that information. Only heard from the host 10 minutes before check out reminding us it was time to go. We had been gone an hour. The place was nice enough, the beds were comfy. Overall, good stay.

Site was near the state park entry and close to Pegion Forge. We didnt make the walk to the shopping area due to the incline of the road walking back. Recommend the Skywalk and State Park drives. We were there is September. Visiting Gatlinburg in the summer months might be a little hectic for traffic. Site was comfortable and nice to stretch out after a week of hotels. We shopped at a grocery for quick breakfast items, so we didn't cook. Washer and dryer were excellent to have.

The Condo was good, however the building, the elevator were not that well maintained.
