Experience what life is like on the beach during your stay in this 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium. This condo has sleeping arrangements for eight people and can be found on the 6th floor of the Phoenix X.
· Flat screen televisions in both of the bedrooms as well as the living area
· Queen sofa sleeper, DVD player, and stereo system are all in the living area
· Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and granite countertop
· Have a seat at our table for six or the kitchen bar for two in the dining area
· Stacked washer and dryer in the hall closet
· Master bedroom has a king size bed and private access to the balcony
· Master bathroom has a step-in shower with glass door
· Breathtaking gulf front view can be seen from the tiled balcony with a table seating five
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Great condo! Location was perfect and everything was just as described. Didn’t realize they had a parking garage which makes unloading snd loading so much easier!

Loved our stay at this property! Great location. Beds could be more comfortable but definitely not a deal breaker!

This condo is all about the location next to Florabama!
The positives: Nice furniture and fairly well stocked kitchen. Linens were clean and fresh.
The negatives: A couple of repairs were needed. Shower track in main bathroom was broken and trim paint was peeling off in one area. Wi-Fi never worked and there were no smart tvs. If those couple of things were upgraded, I would give 5 stars!
