Brand new one bedroom, one bath brand guesthouse located in beautiful downtown Coeur D Alene. Walking distance to lake, shops, restaurants and bars.
Guesthouse is located above detached garage. You will have your own private entry and deck. The guesthouse is stocked with all kitchen essentials, Trager smoker/bbq, washer/dryer in unit. Street parking available during stay. There are 18 steps up to the guesthouse. Owners live on property and you can interact as much or as little as you would like. A small dog does live on property and uses the backyard but is always supervised while outside.

Perfect stay in Coeur D’Alene. Apartment is close to everything we needed including walking distance to the lake and town area. Apartment was beautifully appointed with everything we needed. Would love to return one day, thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in CdA. Location is great - walkable down to the lake, Sherman Avenue as well as around midtown to all the great restaurants & grocery stores, and quick access to the freeway. The guesthouse was perfect for us in every way. Exceptionally clean and comfortable for the two of us, with a nice sitting area outside.

This is a beautiful apartment above the garage which is behind the main house. We walked to midtown, downtown and the lake. The host was excellent in communication through the entire process.
