Modern beach design two bedroom 2 bath private condo .5 miles to the beach and 3.5 miles to the Del Mar Racetrack. Freeway close. New mattresses and kitchen countertops. Three large screen smart TV’s with Roku. Outdoor shower, full size washer and dryer, blackout blinds in both bedrooms, whole house fans in both bedrooms, large wine fridge, oversized bathtub. Access to Olympic sized pool with jacuzzi. Great park like setting with lots of open green space. Close to world famous Seaside Market.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this condo. Great location- close to beaches, lagoon, shops and restaurants. Jake was very responsive and helpful. Entire condo was clean and had everything that you would possibly need for your stay. Beds very comfortable and plenty of linens and towels. All and all loved my stay!

It is an absolute pleasure to recommend Jake’s place at Cardiff by the Sea. It is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath home fully appointed with nearly everything you could possibly need.
We spent 6 weeks at Jake’s place while dealing with medical issues from August through September. So the home really mattered to us. It needed to be a place of comfort, privacy, and it needed to be clean.
Jake’s place was that and more!
The home was spotless. It is furnished with comfort in mind. He provided many of the little things so one could enjoy sunny California. Things like boogie boards, beach chairs & umbrellas. In the home, big screen TVs in every room Even a portable blue tooth speaker
The kitchen was not your typical kitchen. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots/pans, gadgets & appliances. If you like to cook, you will have no problem doing so here. It even has a gas stove!
The back patio provided a lovely respite. We ate outside nearly every day. The thick bamboo on the east fence made the space feel very private. There is an outdoor shower for easy sand removal after a long day at the beach as well as a BBQ grill to cook the wonderful meats and fish you will find at the Seaside Market.
The bedrooms are all about comfort. The mattresses are some of the most comfortable mattresses we have slept on. The sheets and linens are quality.
The bathrooms are also well appointed. The downstairs bathroom has been recently remodeled and has a beautiful shower and a lighted mirror.
It is true the sea is within walking distance, and so is the town of Cardiff by the Sea with shops and restaurants, but what we felt was the highlight was the San Elijo Lagoon Trails. These nature trails are a treasure. They are located across the street. We walked nearly every morning enjoying the natural fauna and wildlife.
The neighborhood is a family neighborhood. The neighbors range from young families to retirees. It is extremely safe and the people are welcoming. The pool is of good size and the water is warm. The grounds of this complex are beautifully landscaped. I was delighted by the variety of succulents and flowering plants.
The access to HWY 5 could not be easier. And coastal HWY 101 is only a mile away.
If you are wanting to enjoy a relaxing, trouble free time in a beautiful area of California’s Southern Coast, you will find this the perfect place!
