Welcome to Pinckney Place — a new construction townhome in the heart of downtown Greenville's Historic Hampton Pinckney District. At nearly 2,100 square feet across three floors, this is one of downtown's most spacious and well-appointed short-term rentals, perfect for families or three couples traveling together.
The Location:
You're less than a mile from everything that makes Greenville special — Main Street dining and nightlife, Falls Park on the Reedy, Unity Park, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail are all just minutes away by car or rideshare. The two-car attached garage means you arrive, park, and never think about parking again. Day trips to Asheville and the mountains of Western NC are easily doable from here.
The Bedrooms:
All three bedrooms are true suites — each has its own private ensuite full bathroom and walk-in closet. Two bedrooms feature king beds and one features a double bed. Whether you're a family that wants everyone comfortable or three couples who each want their own private retreat, this layout delivers. Sound machines are provided in all bedrooms for a restful night's sleep.

The main living area on the second floor is open and built for gathering. Host was wonderful! There were a couple broken items when we arrived and an issue with water pressure/hot water, but we definitely enjoyed our stay in Greenville.

Very nice property close to downtown. The beds were pretty comfortable. There was some cleanliness issues. The vent filters were filthy, the towels were stained. There was no dishwashing detergent for the dishwasher. Just an overall feeling of being a little dirty in the bathroom floors. Easily fixable because it was really a nice roomy place.
