The Penthouse was in a perfect location for our stay in Key West! The accommodations were immaculate, there was even water, coffee & snacks upon arrival!
The managing group (Colocada) & team made our stay very enjoyable! From our airport pick ups & drop offs, to the pleasant staff, we can’t say enough about our visit. We highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed!
We will be back in the near future!

We stayed in the three bedroom penthouse apartment. Everything is very clean, modern and well maintained. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. This feels more like a home than an apartment. The linens and furniture are comfortable and high quality. The kitchenette is useful. There are TVs in each room and the living room. The outside terrace area is shared with two other units and features a sitting area... great way to end an evening. The A/C blows cool air to all rooms. Check-in is easy, with codes provided for the entry door off Duval St and the actual door to the unit. Located at the north end of Duval St and few blocks from the water. Of course you can hear a bit of music from nearby establishments, but it didn’t bother us at all. Extremely good communications from Colocada, real professionals. Hugely impressed with quality.
