About this farm stay rental

Luxury 2 bedroom barn conversion with hot tub located on a farm only 5 minutes from Inverness and 10 minutes from Loch Ness with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, Inverness and the Moray Firth. The farm has a herd of 12 Alpacas with 6 baby Alpacas due June 2026. The property is a perfect base for exploring Inverness, the Highlands and the NC500.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, Samsung

appliances (Oven, Venting Induction Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher and

fridge/freezer.





Both bedrooms feature superking size beds with built in

wardrobes and dressing tables. And also features a smart TV. Adjoining the bedrooms there are ensuite bathrooms which have

rainfall showers and double sink vanity units. One bed can be split to offer

single beds.





Outside there is a private hot tub equipped with feature

lighting and bluetooth speaker system. There is also an outdoor dining area.

This was the perfect place to stay in Inverness. Quiet, beautiful scenery and close to sites. We cooked in the first night which was delightful. We were greeted upon arrival and communication was fantastic. Highly recommend staying here!

Was very pleasant stay, loved the hot tub. The instructions of how to use the hot tub could’ve been given on the sheet by entrance, by the hot tub. We didn’t need a walkthrough of that. Also it was worrying going into unlocked house at 10pm because we got there late. Would’ve been less intrusive just to give code to key box, so could’ve just done that.also the three or so town houses should be labeled, to be clear which one is the correct one for late check ins.
